Booty Haul: eleanor & park between the lines of adaptation in vortex

oh jesus, that's a really long title. BUT LOOK, BOOKS:

how did those boots get in there?! haha.

from Julie, because she is the bestest:
eleanor & park by rainbow rowell: coming out March 2013, and looks SO, SO CUTE.
vortex by the julie cross!: I read this one back in March, but she sent me an ARC along with eleanor & park and now I can't wait to reread it! there are quite a few scenes in vortex that I love so, so much, so make sure to follow me on twitter as I'll be tweeting lines and shiz while I read!

for review, from little, brown:
adaptation by malinda lo: so excited for this one! contemporary sci-fi FTW. :)

bought:
between the lines by jodi picoult & samantha van leer: uh, yeah, I absolutely adore jodi picoult and am very excited for her YA debut with her daughter!

in the kindle box:
all these things I've done by gabrielle zevin: has anybody read elsewhere by her? that was one of my favorites for the longest time--still is!
winter omens by trisha leigh: guys, I love whispers in autumn and am really excited to have a review copy of the sequel!

the boots: hot kiss, $52. whoop whoop. I absolutely heart them. PLUS their original price was like $69, so I'm rather happy about that. :P

this week on the blog:
In case you missed last week's: Friday was the last ever cover interview; a guest reviews The Last Princess by Galazy Craze; I talk about how Wrong Bed, Right Guy by Katee Robert was just bad . . . but other people adore it; a release day post featuring Rage Within by Jeyn Roberts; and I review one of my favorite adult books of the year, In A Fix by Linda Grimes.
And for this week I do some book love, of Velveteen by Daniel Marks . . . which when my review goes live next week, you'll realize why I'm so on the fence about it. But I point out the goods in this post. :P
a review of Twenty-Nine and a Half Reasons by Denise Grover Swank; how I was disappointed by this sequel.
a look at my shelves and an update
I review Bound Temptations by Shiloh Walker and talk about how I like erotica, but this type did nothing for me.
blog tour: Jane, the Woman Who Loved Tarzan by Robin Maxwell--I review this amazing historical fiction and AM GIVING AWAY A COPY. true fax.

SO, what did you get in your "booty" haul this week?! Any amazing books, guys?

I have not read Elsewhere but I loved both All These Things I've Done and Because It Is My Blood. Hope you enjoy it!

The boots are cute -- I bought a new pair for fall and can't wait for the weather to cool off, so I can start wearing them!
