    How to cure reluctant reader.
    1. Be awesome.
    2. Ask "What are you reading?"
    3. Receive response "nothing, I'm too cool to read."
    4. Look at them like they are scum on the bottom of your new shoes.
    5. Wait.
    6. Get asked "Guess what book I just read."
    7. Tell them how cool they are.

    Is that manipulative?
