Teaser Tuesday: The Non-Spoiler Shine Tease

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be ReadingAnyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title and author, too, so other TT participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teasers!

YO! So, while Shine is the last book in this trilogy, I won't be spoiling the other books in this series. Cool, right? If you want to know what Shine is about, click on any of those links above and it'll take you to a summary. If you want to know what Shade, the first book, is about, click here. And Shift, book two, is right here.

"No, to play roulette at the Bellagio. Of course, to pass on." She looked between us, maybe trying to read the nature of our relationship. "Are you two alone?" (p. 126, paperback.)

  6. @Brooke, Shine has one of the BEST endings I've ever read. I just adore that book and can't stop thinking about it. It's really the best book out of the series and even though I didn't want to let go of the characters, I was so, so happy to see that they get an ending they deserve. (spoilery? Idk.)

so what I'm basically saying is: read it! it's not that bad. :)
